How do I install the device?
We strongly recommend that you use one of our authorized installation centers. On the home page there is a link to the installation instructions and testing.

How do I change my current service plan?
You may change your current service plan by logging into your account and by clicking on the “Buy Service plan” link. You may then select one of the plans available that best fits your needs.

What is a Service Plan?
A service plan is a packaged unit purchased that grants you the ability to request and obtain a position or location reports from the device.

What is a location report?
A location report is the position data as it is reported back from the device.

Why don’t I get a report at all times?
A device may be located in an area where there is not enough skylight visibility and the satellite signal is not reaching the device, or the device has no wireless coverage.

How do I download my existing location reports?
You may bring down the data by clicking on the “Archive function” and select the download format.
